In a continuation of its robust H1 results, Agile's FY 2020 performance has exceeded expectations. The company has curbed its expansion pace, which resulted in stable debt levels. Leverage metrics have improved, supported by increased property deliveries and greater contributions from the company's property-management subsidiary. While Agile remained in breach of one of the regulator's Three Red Lines thresholds at FYE 2020, this was an improvement from end-June (when two were breached).
