Asia HY Trade Recommendations - August 2020 - Lucror Analytics

Agile’s H1/20 results were better than expected, with improved margins and revenue recognition. The gross margin could expand further, as the company delivers higher-margin projects in Hainan. Leverage improved slightly (albeit from a weak base), as the company's reduced land acquisitions enabled it to contain debt growth. That said, it is unclear if Agile can sustain the deleveraging, given its expansion plans in both the property and non-property segments.
