Steno Research is a new macro and geopolitical research house. We are based out of Copenhagen, Denmark, but have an international team and a strong network of sources and partners around the world. The team is lead by Andreas Steno, previous global head of strategy at Nordea Bank, and Mikkel Rosenvold, former chief consultant in the Danish Ministry of Finance.

<ul><li>During the period under consideration, i.e. April 3rd, 2024 to May 3rd, 2024, the EUR/USD pair posted both downward and upward swings.</li><li>In the beginning, it faced a slight increase, while from April 9th until April 18th the pair faced a sharp decrease.</li><li>After that, it fluctuated sideways and by the end of the period the pair traded at a higher level but still below the price level of the start of April. </li></ul>
