<li>8th September: Project Glow Topco Limited, the ultimate holding Company of The Beauty Tech Group Limited, a global leader in the rapidly growing at-home beauty technology market, has confirmed its intention to float on the Main Market.</li>
<li>The Beauty Tech Group encompasses three distinct, innovative and premium beauty technology brands - CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty and Tria Laser - under which it develops, manufactures and retails at-home beauty devices.</li>
<li>In FY24, the Group reported revenue of £101.1m and adjusted EBITDA of £22.9m. Between the financial period for the 16 months ended 31 January 2023 (FY22) and FY24, the Group's own-brand revenue and adjusted EBITDA grew at a compound annual growth rate of 73.6% and 92.9% respectively. </li>

The Beauty Tech Group encompasses three distinct, innovative and premium beauty technology brands - CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty and Tria Laser - under which it develops, manufactures and retails at-home beauty devices.
In FY24, the Group reported revenue of £101.1m and adjusted EBITDA of £22.9m. Between the financial period for the 16 months ended 31 January 2023 (FY22) and FY24, the Group's own-brand revenue and adjusted EBITDA grew at a compound annual growth rate of 73.6% and 92.9% respectively.

<li>Updated 10th June: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announced that its proposed IPO onto the Main Market, which was expected to occur in late June, will be briefly delayed.</li>
<li>A routine thematic compliance inspection commenced earlier this year in the BVI, which was disclosed in the Company's Registration Document, requires additional time to enable finalisation ahead of the IPO.</li>
<li>The inspection process is close to completion and the Company anticipates only a short delay to the IPO timetable. </li>

<li>The Group ended 2024 with an improved net funds position of £4.9m (2023: £0.6m). </li>

<li>In the latest bid to revitalise the UK’s IPO pipeline, the Government has reaffirmed its commitment to the creation of an 'an innovative new stock market' coined the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System or PISCES for short.</li>
<li>PISCES plans to operate as a regulated platform for the intermittent trading of private company shares.</li>
<li>It will kick off with a five-year stint in the “FCA sandbox” which allows the Government to modify the platform or disapply certain parts of the legislative framework based on market feedback.</li>
