In our view, Jingrui’s operations have been less affected by the challenging operating environment, given its premium project locations in the Yangtze River Delta. While the company's sell-through and cash collection rates have weakened, they are still better compared to many of its peers. While 9M/21 contracted sales growth has been strong, the prospects for Q4 are weak. The company has sufficient internal resources to meet its March 2022 maturity. Positively, Jingrui has no other significant payment obligations until then. The company has an adequate quota and a potential investor base for potential Notes issuances, should the market recover.
