Prime Office Leasehold Prop (POPF TB)

Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund is a closed-end fund incorporated in Thailand. The Property Fund invests in the 30-year leasehold rights of land and building of United Business Center II (UBC II) and also the 13-year freehold and sublease rights of the land and building of Ploenchit Center office building.
