<li>The IPO space saw a few pops this week, some were somewhat justifiable in <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sbfc-finance-limited" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:36713:1" rel="noopener">SBFC Finance Limited</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/concord-biotech-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:36267:1" rel="noopener">Concord Biotech</a> while one was reminisent of the 2020-21 frenzy,  <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/vinfast-auto-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:36550:1" rel="noopener">Vinfast</a>. </li>
