Narrow Margins Are Back, But Will Producers Slow Their Output?

<ul><li>   Moving Averages   As of 31 August 2023   In the past weeks since 21 August 2023, Helixtap SIR20, STR20 and AFR10 and the SICOM TSR20 futures have recorded a trend of rising prices.</li><li>These prices have since increased by US$40/mt, US$60/mt, US$105/mt and US$80/mt from their respective YTD lows.      With recent trends, a short term reversal in the downward price trend is likely.</li><li>Among the grades, moving averages for the SICOM TSR20 (P1) futures are close, indicating that a 20/50 MA cross is imminent.</li></ul>
