<ul><li>Chinese property crisis denting into rubber market sentiment China's stumbling economy is posing a considerable threat to any commodity at the moment amid slowing economic activity and deteriorating credit flows amplified by the ongoing property crisis.</li><li>   While commodities were able to hold up initially after the relaxation of the Covid restrictions, China fulfilling backlog orders and some government support to amp up the market, the optimism is fading.</li><li>   With the property crisis, deflationary pressure, weak exports, and a falling yuan, China has much to deal with, which is trickling into the overall market sentiment and confidence.</li></ul>

Chinese Property Crisis Denting Into Rubber Market Sentiment

<ul><li>Chinese tire exports continued to rise for the third consecutive month in July, lending some support to the Chinese demand for rubber resulting in marginal rise in imports.</li><li>However, the downcast economy and healthy stock level situation is still looming large over a steady recovery in Chinese demand.        Exports rose 9.4% monthly and about 5.8% higher than July last year.</li><li>Meanwhile, imports saw a marginal increase in July but were considerably higher than July 2022 levels.</li></ul>
