TICON Property Fund is a closed-end fund incorporated in Thailand. The Fund's objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests in property market by leasing and purchasing of immovable properties. Initial investments of the fund include plots of land and factory buildings of 39 factories.
