<li>The business is concentrating on three core businesses: BATM Networks, BATM Cyber and BATM Diagnostics.</li>
<li>Substantial operational changes have been implemented, and non-core activities are being sold with three disposals made in the first half of 2025.</li>

<li>(3)(A) by the prescribed deadline of 15 July 2025, and that, as a result, Nasdaq has determined to delist Argo's ADSs (American Depositary Shares) from the Nasdaq Global Select Market.</li>
<li>In accordance with the Nasdaq Listing Rules, Argo intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel.</li>

<li>Ilika has developed ceramic-based lithium-ion technology which differentiates it from existing batteries by offering competitive energy density and charge times, while being inherently safe and easier to recycle.</li>
<li>There was cash of £10m at the Interims and in May 2025 a further £4.3m was raised at 33p a share.</li>
</ul>
