Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. This month, we undertake a study of the ratings evolution of all the issuers that have been included in the Lucror Asia HY index (commenced in 2013). The Asia Monthly focuses on providing updates on recent events, information on new issues and spread movements, as well as summarising our top picks, and discussing specific areas of interest in the “In-Focus” section. The Asia Monthly is intended to broaden investors' understanding of the Asian USD high-yield market.

  This month, we undertake a study of the ratings evolution of all the issuers that have been included in the Lucror Asia HY index (commenced in 2013). <li>There are a lot of high and medium probability changes that could result in a one-way turnover of 4.2% and a one-way trade of CNY 10.17bn at the June rebalance.</li>
<li>The potential inclusions have underperformed the potential deletions by c.15% over the last month and this provides a good entry point into a long short/trade.</li>
