One of the key initiatives is to redesign the menu offering so that it is more suitable for the delivery and take away customers. However, empirical evidence tells that the company is yet to reach a popular status in one of the food delivery apps in Hong Kong which is quite worrying. 
The recent dining restrictions do not seem to bother investors much at all therefore there is still an opportunity to short Cafe de Coral in the short run.

The review announcement for the March 2021 review should be made on 12 February and will be effective after the close of trading on 5 March.Although there are almost no assets indexed to the HSCI, the index forms the basis of stocks that are eligible for Southbound Stock Connect. The company is adapting new stores to smaller sizes with lower capex in the context of increasing popularity of delivery and takeaways, new stores in a lighter model could also facilitate better operational efficiencies and store payback.</li>
