  • The review period for the December review ended on 19 November. The announcement of changes will take place on 3 December with implementation at the close on 17 December.
  • There could be two changes to the ASX100 and S&P/ASX 200 (AS51 INDEX) prior to the regular rebalance if Spark Infrastructure and Oil Search are delisted.
  • Then there could be another change to the S&P/ASX100 and up to five changes to the S&P/ASX 200 (AS51 INDEX) at the regular review. Some impacts are large.

  • Gushengtang (GUS HK) is looking to raise US$150m in its Hong Kong IPO.
  • Gushengtang is a traditional chinese medicine (TCM) healthcare service provider in China. It provides TCM healthcare services and products via its offline medical institutions and online healthcare platforms.
  • As of the LPD, the firm provided services to customers across 31 provinces via its medical service network, and had 19,203 physicians practicing as of Jun 2021.

  • Lots of rebalance announcements in the past week: one pair of changes for the Sensex and HSCEI, four adds for the HSI, and three adds for the HSCI.
  • 19 November was the review cutoff for the December rebalance of the ASX100 and ASX200 indices. There will be changes before the regular rebalance and then at the rebalance.
  • Inflows to KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (KWEB US) continued taking assets over US$9bn while ishares msci cntry asa jpn idx fnd etf (AAXJ US) had another week of outflows.
