Providing clients with a transparent channel to engage with a large number of providers and access only those services needed, transparently and efficiently, without any possibility of inducement, is something unique to the Smartkarma platform. In this way, Smartkarma meets the requirements of MiFID II regulation. Prior to any Client provisioning Premium Services, applicable agreement and compliance approvals must also first be met.
SMARTs are valid for one year, from the commencement of your subscription, but may be rolled out incrementally over the course of the annual subscription according to your firm’s nominated billing period (see above). Any unused SMARTs at the end of the annual subscription period expire and do not roll over.
With Smartkarma’s written approval, you may accrue negative credit, for which you will be billed at the end of the annual subscription period as a one-off payment, calculated on the terms of your selected package.
