In our view, FIRPAC’s H1/21 results were strong, with robust performance from most of the operating subsidiaries except the sugar business. Cash flows to the holdco were good. Leverage was stable, and interest coverage improved. Liquidity appears to be adequate, assuming the company can successfully secure the new USD 300 mn loan facility to refinance the USD 300 mn facility maturing in Q1/22. Debt maturities are evenly spread out.
