In our view, Alam Sutera’s Q2 and H1/21 results were benign, with slower revenue and earnings growth compared to Q1. The company's financial risk profile improved slightly from the FYE 2020 level, but remained highly levered and weak. Positively, liquidity appears to be adequate for the next 12 months.
