While Agung Podomoro Land’s Q3/20 results were soft, they still surpassed our expectations significantly. Revenues and profitability appeared to have exceeded our projections due to the industrial land sales in Karawang, which were one-off in nature. It is also unclear how much of the improvement was due to the new accounting standards. While leverage and coverage seem to be stable compared to FYE 2019, the liquidity position is still inadequate.
