Lucror Analytics - Morning Views Asia - 27 Aug 2019

China Oil & Gas' (COG) H1/19 results were stable. The core natural gas distribution segment’s performance remained steady, with slight growth in revenue and operating profit. This was offset by a weaker showing from the pipeline connection and upstream segments. Leverage metrics were largely stable. The company did not win any new concessions during H1, which will limit future volume and earnings growth. That said, we expect COG to continue generating a small amount of FCF in the absence of major acquisitions.  .
