Denison Mines Corp. is a uranium exploration and development company with interests in the Athabasca Basin Region of Northern Canada. In addition to its 90% owned Wheeler River Project, the company's portfolio consists of projects covering 310,000 hectares. The projects include a 22.5% interest in the McClean Lake Joint Venture and other deposits near McClean Lake mill.
