In mid-September, it was reported by Reuters that the Chinese air conditioner maker, Gree Electric Appliances is among one of the potential bidders for Philips’ domestic appliance business. Reuters also mentioned that the other interested candidates include Midea, Haier and Joyoung.The advisers for Philips have already sent out the teasers for potential buyers and the bidding process is expected to begin later this year. This bullish price action combined with market dynamics which remain mostly healthy lead us to believe the lows of this recent correction are in. Consumer Discretionary and Manufacturing Sectors continue to be two attractive Sectors that are outperforming globally; we highlight numerous actionable names in today's report.
