Auctus Advisors is a specialist Equity Capital Markets and Advisory business with a focus in the Energy Sector. The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. Auctus provides Corporate Broking, Equity Research and Investment Banking services.

Equity Bottom-Up

<li>Pulsar is raising up to US$7.5 mm of new equity at a price of U$0.38 (£0.30 equivalent) per share which is higher than the closing price of £0.26 per share the day prior to the announcement.</li>
<li>University Bank from Michigan will also provide a line of credit of up to US$4.0 mm to Pulsar’s major shareholder ABCrescent enabling ABC to exercise its 15.5 mm share purchase warrants at an exercise price of C$0.36 per share.</li>
<li>Overall, Pulsar could receive a total of up to US$11.5 mm in new equity.</li>

Pulsar Helium Inc. (TSX-V: PLSR): Pulsar in the Context of Peers - Topaz Shines

<li>The MGH-43 well has encountered 41 m of prospective gross sand intervals with good to excellent oil shows in the main TAF target that will now be perforated.</li>
<li>Due to unstable hole conditions in MGH-43, Criterium was unable to conduct pressure testing and resistivity calculations on the zones of interest and therefore could not determine the estimated productivity rates.</li>
</ul>

<li>This is important as it supports the contingent resources estimated in the Competent Persons Report published at the time of the IPO.</li>
<li>These resources had been estimated with limited reservoir and seismic data.</li>
</ul>
