SolGold PLC, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploration of mineral properties. The company primarily explores for gold, copper, and silver deposits. The company was formerly known as Solomon Gold plc and changed its name to SolGold PLC in May 2012. SolGold PLC was incorporated in 2005 and is based in Brisbane, Australia.
