Evergrande Healthcare's recent legal tussle with Faraday Future (its JV partner) shed some light on how its distance future going to be as part of it is already reflected in the share price. Evergrande's investment in Faraday has won the former a list of IPs and obligation that Faraday failed to perform. The highlight of them all is that Faraday has so far built pre-production car aka zero sales so far. Go figure!

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) released today the key China data for August, related to property sales and investments by developers at a national level, showing only a slightly slower pace of growth of new home (residential gross floor area for "commercial residential" property) sales volumes and residential investment, while the residential new starts and overall land acquisitions growth accelerated. The broader fixed asset investment continued to slow down.
