West China Cement (WCC) is proposing to issue 5NC3 senior unsecured USD Notes. The company intends to use the proceeds for refinancing and working capital, as well as to fund overseas expansion in Africa. That said, the breakdown for the use of proceeds is unclear.  We see fair value for the proposed WESCHI ‘26s at c. 4.25%.

  West China Cement (WCC) is proposing to issue 5NC3 senior unsecured USD Notes.
