(a subsidiary, or CHQ) to invest in the Centara Life Osaka hotel project in Japan.</li><li>The company has also established a new subsidiary, Centara International Management Japan Kabushiki Kaisha, with registered capital of JPY50mn.</li><li>We view CENTEL’s expansion into Japan positively, supported by: i) strong growth prospects in Japan’s tourism industry, with 8M25 tourist arrivals at 28.4mn (+18% YoY) and Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO)’s target of 60mn by 2030.</li></ul>
