EUDR Is Delayed By One More Year Amid Retraction On Amendment

The implementation of the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) is now one more year away, and the European Parliament’s decision to this effect came on November 14, 2024. The European Council, on December 3, 2024, reached a provisional agreement with the European Parliament over the delay with “no changes in terms of substance.”
