<p>We see multiple near term catalysts for CSR - China will release the implementation plan for the Belt and Road initiatives when the 2015 Boao Forum for Asia opens at the end of the month in south China,&nbsp; acceleration of domestic high spped rail contracts, offshore contracts wins, cmpletion of the CSR/CNR deal.&nbsp; Valuations are still at compelling levels, nad we would be addinng exposure here. </p>
