Prior to Aequitas. I was heading Content Strategy for Smartkarma, along with covering IPOs & Placement. In an earlier life I have covered ASEAN property and the banking space in India.

We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

<p><a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/151" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:151:1">Suntec REIT (SUN SP)</a> plans to raise US$113m via an issuance of new shares. Proceeds will be used to finance potential acquisitions in Australia and for general corporate purposes. </p><p>The compay also reported its 1Q19 results today which seem to be broadly inline with analysts' estimates. Although, the outlook doesn't appear inspiring with analysts projecting flat DPU for the next few years. Nonetheless, most of the past deals in the stock have done well and the stock should be aided by the upcoming distribution. </p>
