<ul><li>Diginex Ltd (DGNX) shares, an “ESG reporting SaaS company” that was formerly a crypto exchange, are up multiple times since its second IPO, in January 2025, but still, it seems, is looking for something to promote.</li><li>With just $3 mln in the bank as of March 31, 2025, DGNX is proposing in an MOU to pay up to $2 bln in shares, earnouts, and cash ($100 mln of it) for a Singaporean “AI” company that does online promotion.</li><li>Five months after the MOU was first announced, DGNX extended the deadline for due diligence to August 31, 2025.</li></ul>
