The stock closed 2% higher than its IPO price of CNY 5.5 per share translating to a premium of 19.78% to the H-shares.On 8 December, controlling shareholder China Post Group announced that it planned to increase its shareholding in the bank by spending not less than CNY 2.5bn to buy the A-shares over the next 12 months with no price limits. While this is not big, it signals intent and there could be more buying behind this.Following the IPO, the entire unlisted Domestic share capital of the company has been converted to A-shares.
