<p>After posting strong results in FY12/2016 (5% above guidance), <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/13176" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:13176:1">Nabtesco Corp (6268 JP)</a> offered guidance for FY12/2017 that was 4% above consensus at JPY26bn OP. The company also announced its new MTP targeting JPY42bn OP in FY2020 and also emphasised efficiency metrics of 15% ROE and a 35% or higher payout ratio. These statements are encouraging and while the reclassification of segments makes analysis more complex, we would note that the new forecasts still imply only a 3.3% increase in OP…</p>
