<li>HK$0.25/Share (best &amp; final) is the Cancellation Price, or a 25% premium to undisturbed. Rollover shareholders and concert parties collectively hold 55.27%, leaving 44.73% held by disinterested shareholders .</li>
<li>MayAir shareholders have now <a href="https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2024/1030/2024103001533.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">approved</a> the Offer. Other pre-cons include NDRC, Mofcom and SAFE.  The pre-conditional long-stop is the 13 December 2025. That's an unrealistic timeline.</li>

HK$0.25/Share (best &amp; final) is the Cancellation Price, or a 25% premium to undisturbed. Rollover shareholders and concert parties collectively hold 55.27%, leaving 44.73% held by disinterested shareholders .
MayAir shareholders have now approved the Offer. Other pre-cons include NDRC, Mofcom and SAFE.  The pre-conditional long-stop is the 13 December 2025. That's an unrealistic timeline.


Good Drinks Australia Ltd operates as a beverage company. The Company manufactures beer and alcoholic drinks. Good Drinks Australia serves customers in Australia.

<li>Shareholders can either choose undervalued, illiquid shares under the transparency of the ASX; or an uncertain unlisted environment in which the board believes it can realise superior value. </li>

HK$0.85/Share (best &amp; final) is the Cancellation Price, or a 46.55% premium to undisturbed. Irrevocables secured from 8.13% of the 37.92% held by disinterested shareholders on a fully diluted basis. 
This looks done. All reg approvals appear to be locked in. The conditional long-stop is the 28 July 2025. That's a conservative timeline. 


Beijing Capital Grand (1329 HK): Beijing Capital's HK$0.85/Share Offer

Korea Zinc Co., Ltd. specializes in non-ferrous metal smelting industry.  The Company manufactures zinc ingots, electrolytic gold, silver, lead, sulfuric acid, and copper.  Korea Zinc provides its products to domestic and overseas markets.
