<li>The question now is: can the index re-start to rally from here? Or will it pull back more this coming week?</li>

In our previous insight about the Hang Seng Index's we theorized a probable continuation of the rally in October, after some resistance, but the index just shoot up straight.

The offer terms are unchanged at JPY4,350 per share. </li>

<li>As warned last year, Descente is cheap on a forward basis due to very strong growth and profitability of Descente China Holdings but Itochu can downplay that future.</li>
<li>And indeed, it appear they did, and unless someone takes them to task, this probably gets done. So far, nobody has.</li>
