Credit

Yanlord’s H1/21 results were stable, as expected. The company reported robust revenue growth, which was in line with Yanlord's strong contracted sales in the past. Leverage improved slightly, thanks to higher cash collections. Going forward, the gross margin could continue to weaken as the company expands outside of Tier 1 cities, albeit the figure should remain relatively healthy at c. 30%. That said, Yanlord has somewhat high exposure to JV structures. This will likely persist, given the low attributable ratio of the company's newly acquired projects.
