<li>This was reflected in this morning’s release of interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, with a maiden revenue of £0.16m (H1 2025: £nil) accompanied by a loss for the period of £0.86, and a reduced cash position of £0.17m (down from £0.77m as of 31 December 2025).</li>
<li>The Board's strategy continues to focus on four principal areas: renewable energy deployment in the UK; digital infrastructure in the UAE; disciplined management of digital assets; and the commercialisation of their CoalSwitch technology. </li>

<li>Having proven it can secure, energise and commercially operate power-backed sites in the UAE, the Group is now directing its resources towards larger developments capable of supporting institutional counterparties, while extracting more value from the land and power it already controls.</li>
<li>The Group's Ghummud site continues to perform in line with expectations, generating approximately US$110k per month.</li>

<li>Group revenue increased by 20% on a like-for-like basis to EUR 153m, while aggregated revenue (including its US Joint Venture) rose 24% to EUR 183m.</li>
<li>The adjusted EBITDA increased by 96% to EUS 21.2m, with statutory loss before tax, improving from a EUR 20.8m loss last year to a near-breakeven EUR 0.6m loss. </li>

<li>The Company has successfully established its initial operational footprint within the United Arab Emirates and continues to evaluate opportunities to expand.</li>

<li>The alternative energy Company announced further to the Company's announcement dated 20 April 2026 regarding the energisation of the Ghummud site, it has redeployed digital infrastructure originally procured for its 8 Mega Volt Ampere (MVA) development site in the United Arab Emirates to the Ghummud facility, enabling immediate utilisation and accelerated revenue generation.</li>
<li>Once at maximum capacity, the Ghummud site will be capable of generating annualised hosting revenue of $400,000 per MVA per annum.</li>
<li>The Board anticipates this will be achieved within the next six weeks.</li>
</ul>
