<li>The developer of international green fertiliser projects today announced the signing of non-binding Heads of Terms with Hy24's managed Clean H2 Infra Fund for an up to US$115m investment in the Villeta project in Paraguay.</li>
<li>Under the proposal, the Clean H2 Infra Fund will become the anchor and lead equity investor in relation to the Company's flagship 260,000 tonnes p.a. green fertiliser project.</li>
<li>The agreement marks a significant milestone towards Final Investment Decision. </li>

<li>Updated 10th June: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announced that its proposed IPO onto the Main Market, which was expected to occur in late June, will be briefly delayed.</li>
<li>A routine thematic compliance inspection commenced earlier this year in the BVI, which was disclosed in the Company's Registration Document, requires additional time to enable finalisation ahead of the IPO.</li>
<li>The inspection process is close to completion and the Company anticipates only a short delay to the IPO timetable. </li>

<li>The independent music Company housing talent management, live booking, merchandising, talent services, and events, announced the acquisition of a majority interest (75%) in Easy Life Entertainment Limited, a music management and record label company.</li>
<li>The acquisition provides additional scale and manager talent in core Artist Representation segment and will help drive music rights ownership bringing over 300 masters, giving the Group a broader foundation from which to build further IP.</li>
<li>The Net Acquisition consideration is £0.75m in cash, after netting off a post-completion dividend due to ATC of approximately £0.28m. </li>
