<li>Besides being early, competitions in DLL3 ADC, B7H3 ADC and DLL3/CD3 BsAb are all fierce, with much bigger rivals at much advanced clinical stages. Thus ZLAB faces an execution challenge;</li>
<li>ZLAB's sourcing from domestic biotech is a major step forward that can fundamentally alter its business model. But to confirm the validity of this transition still needs more evidence.</li>

<li>China TCM’s privatization failure made us realize large SOEs we always believe in would violate their commitments to market/investors.Now, we need to get back to the fundamentals to minimize losses.</li>

<li>Genor Biopharma and Edding Group are merging through a reverse takeover, benefiting both companies by boosting Genor's valuation and allowing Edding to achieve its goal of going public.</li>
