The deal will be run by Axis Capital, Edelweiss, ICICI Securities, IIFL Securities, and Kotak. Vedant Fashions is a fashionwear company targeting the Indian wedding and celebration wear segment. According to CRISIL, it was the largest company in India in the men’s Indian wedding and celebration wear segment in terms of revenue, EBITDA and PAT for FY20. It operates an asset-light business where sales are generated primarily through its franchisee-owned exclusive brand outlets (EBOs). As of Jun 2021, it had a retail footprint of 1.1m sq ft covering 525 EBOs across 207 cities and towns in India, and 12 EBOs internationally, across the United States, Canada and the UAE.

The deal will be run by Axis Capital, JM Financial, Kotak and Dam Capital.CE Info Systems is India’s leading provider of advanced digital maps, geospatial software and location-based IoT Technologies, as per Frost &amp; Sullivan (F&amp;S). As of 31 Mar 21, it’s digital maps cover 6.29m km of roads in India, and have serviced over 2,000 enterprise customers since its inception. Its services include digital maps as a service (MaaS), software as a service (SaaS) and platform as a service (PaaS). In FY21, it had over 500 customers on its MaaS, SaaS and PaaS platforms.
