Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a limited purpose trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Fund was created to hold the securities of Chemtrade Logistics Inc. Chemtrade Logistics removes, stores, markets and distributes bulk chemicals that it obtains primarily under long-term agreements with producers of commercial by-products.
