China Aoyuan’s H1/19 results were in line with our expectations. The top-line growth was as anticipated, with the company recognising strong contracted sales in the past few years. With more property to be delivered, Aoyuan incurred further construction loans under bank borrowings. The upward trends for both revenues and bank borrowings are likely to continue, given the company's large sold but undelivered portfolio.
