COG's H1/21 results were in line with our expectations. The credit profile remained satisfactory, especially after taking into account the refinancing of the 2022 Notes in July. That said, the company's acquisition-based expansion may put some pressure on the credit metrics. The full-year operating environment will likely be favourable. Management expects up to 50% volume growth for FY 2021. In early July, COG issued USD 400 mn 4.7% Notes due 2026 and redeemed USD 350 mn 4.625% Notes due 2022. This was in line with management's guidance earlier this year for a reduction in financing cost and extension of the maturity profile.
