In the second section, I will include some Q&amp;A with the Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) regarding the ComfortDelgro-Uber alliance, followed by data and my thoughts addressing their concerns.With a Grab and Uber deal looming in the background, and comments by Second Transport Minister Ng Chee Meng to review regulations for point-to-point transportation, the second review by CCS may not be final.

How to Get to Soekarno-Hatta Airport? Train or Bird?

This article provides a brief discussion of ComfortDelgro's FY17 results, followed by an outlook for CD's main profit segments. In particular, I believe that the shifting territorial focus of Uber, plus a fare survey for taxi/private-hire rides post the launch of UberFlash are positive developments for CD's taxi business in Singapore and elsewhere. This addresses recent news reports of Uber's plans to sell its Southeast Asia operations to Grab, similar to its deal with Didi in China.
