Auctus Advisors is a specialist Equity Capital Markets and Advisory business with a focus in the Energy Sector. The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. <li>Coro Energy 1.45p £7.3m (CORO.L)* The South East Asian energy Company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio has announced that it has signed a further addendum to the existing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Mobile World Group to deliver power at the next 46 MWG solar sites in Vietnam with an aggregate capacity of c.0.8MW.</li>
<li>Construction of the sites subject to the PPA Addendum will commence immediately. As previously announced, the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Vietnam with MWG granting Coro exclusivity on an initial 900 MWG company sites in the central and southern regions of Vietnam where solar irradiation is the highest in the country.</li>
<li>Coro will build, own, and operate each rooftop solar system and sell all generated electricity directly to each Mobile World Investment Corporation location under a 14-year PPA, extendable in certain circumstances.</li>

<li>Botswana Diamonds 0.105p £1.3m (BOD.L) The diamond exploration Company recently announced securing Polymetallic Acreage following a comprehensive artificial intelligence driven exploration programme in Botswana.</li>
<li>Eleven prospecting licences were applied for to secure the key polymetallic targets identified, with the licenses including Copper, Silver, Cobalt, Gold, Nickel, Zinc and PGM targets.</li>
<li>The initial focus was on diamonds, however, this has been expanded to look for hidden polymetallic deposits. </li>
