During late '15 and early '16 I wrote at length for SK and the shipping press on COSCO's, merger plans. This followed years of trying to warn investors away from <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/286" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:286:1">China Cosco Holdings H</a> and corporate governance nightmares which resulted in massive shareholder value decimation.  Now that COSCO has swallowed CSCL operations and supposedly begun integrating operations since March 2016 -- we have seen virtual radio silence in the press. All we seem to get are press blurbs on things like the CMA cooperation, COSCO's planned excursion into Asia cruise line operations, and the inauguration of the new Panama Canal with a COSCO vessel. Very little or nothing has come out on COSCO's integration of former CSCL operations. Testimonials I've seen coming in, however, point to a very significant loss of market share for the new merged operations at China COSCO Shipping.
