Dairy Crest was a British dairy products company that manufactured and marketed cheese, butters, spreads, and oils under leading British brands such as Cathedral City, Clover, Country Life, and Frylight. It also produced value-added dairy ingredients. The company was headquartered in Esher, United Kingdom, and was founded in 1933. Dairy Crest Group plc was acquired by Saputo Inc. in April 2019 and subsequently rebranded as Saputo Dairy UK.
