The company was formerly known as Citation Homes, Inc. and changed its name to Filinvest Land, Inc. in July 1993. The company was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Mandaluyong, the Philippines. Filinvest Land, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Filinvest Development Corp.
