<p><strong>Despite recent share price correction since August, we believe Fuyao's valuation is still not attractive enough, compared to potential negative impacts from higher electricity cost and products delivery delay.</strong></p><p><strong>We may see the above negative impacts on Fuyao's earnings and profitability in 3Q2021 results at the earliest. This would lead to downward revision of market consensus and probably valuation. </strong></p><p><strong>Currently, Fuyao (3606.HK) trades at 17x P/E on 2022E Bloomberg consensus, which is fair compared to 6-year average of 15x. Bloomberg consensus indicates 37.8% CAGR of EPS growth during 2020-2022E.</strong></p><p><strong>We suggest waiting for a better entry level.</strong></p>
