<ul><li>Goodman Property Trust (GMT) has announced it has secured two new development commitments being 1) a 23,300sqm twin warehouse facility for Mainfreight at Savill Link and 2) a 17,300sqm warehouse for Cotton On at Roma Rd</li><li>GMT will also build two smaller sheds at Roma Rd without a tenant commitment to meet expected future demand</li><li>These new builds lift development commitments by NZ$221m to NZ$647m which will result in 149,000sqm of new space added to the portfolio with at yield on cost of c.4.9%</li></ul>
