Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. Credit

Greenland HK’s H1/20 results were acceptable, supported by revenue and EBITDA growth. That said, the company reported that debt increased materially to support land acquisitions and construction activities. Leverage weakened slightly, but remained sound relative to BB rated peers. We view positively that Greenland HK has a growing portfolio of investment properties, the valuation of which covered 92% of net debt as of end-June.
